Mr. Batuhan Uygun is an associate at the corporate and commercial law team of ARIKAN PARTNERS. He specialises also in dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Uygun obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Bilkent University after graduating from College of TED Ankara.
Prior to joining ARIKAN PARTNERS, Mr. Uygun worked at two reputable law firms where he advised and represented local and international clients in several litigation and mediation proceedings that include enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and court judgments, debt collection proceedings as well as shareholder, commercial, contractual, employment and IP disputes. Additionally, he had a chance to involve in different arbitration proceedings under the rules of ICC and ISTAC. He is fluent in English and a member of Istanbul Bar Association.
