We were pleased to take part in Paris Arbitration Week 2026 (23–27 March) and to reconnect with valued colleagues and friends from across the international arbitration community.
During PAW, our Partners Nazli Kumbaraci Arikan and Akin Volkan Arikan spoke in two key sessions, contributing to discussions at the forefront of contemporary arbitration practice.

Across both sessions—and throughout the week—we were reminded of the growing importance of modern dispute resolution mechanisms that can keep pace with the realities of major cross‑border projects. We also observed the increasing role of digitalisation and regional cooperation as practical enablers of efficiency, reliability and broader access in arbitration.

We are grateful to everyone who contributed to such a productive and memorable week, and we extend our sincere thanks to the Turkic Arbitration Association (TAA) and Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) for their kind invitations and excellent organisation.
